Today I met with my client, he came for counselling and they had a doubt related to counselling & Psychologist. and they asked me a question. Question Was, if their friends and parent are suggest for Psychologist counselling so, it mean are they had any psychological problem or disease? 

              Question was very Simple and Serious meaning question. And its Question is indicated lack of awareness for Psychology, Psychological Counselling meaning.

               Than I gave him Answer, and it is also important for others to know meaning of Psychology and Psychological counselling.

                            If You consult with any Psychologist or Psychiatrist that not mean you are in any mental or psychological problem or disease.Yes It is true Psychologist also treat and do counselling for Mental health Patients and Other Psychological Problem also, but it is clinical Psychology, it is a branch of Psychology, where psychologist is treat to Mental Health Patient and their Issues.

         If you consult with psychologist for your daily routine problems, for improvement for decision making skill, Impulse control, and  time management, distraction, attraction, and many more issues that you face in your daily routine life. that issues whom disturbed you. with help of psychological counselling or psychologist you gets better results.    

                                Psychologist, is also a life coach, and his counselling is scientific and a experimentally proved for practice, psychological counselling is a Scientific approaches.

                          A Psychologist always making confidentiality of their clients issues. And in psychology nothing is wrong or right, its is a best part of psychology. 

                            So  you consult with Any Psychologist, or  your Parents and friends are give suggestion to you, for psychological counselling that mean he will help  you for find more scientific approaches and way. 

                                 Psychology is very broad. psychology is more than 32 branches and many other super specialty branches invented day by day. 

                           So please aware your self for psychology, Psychologist and psychological counselling.
